Mr. Jonathan (Jon) Gaulke

Jonathan (Jon) Gaulke grew up in Watertown, WI. He attended Luther Prep School and graduated in 2002, then moved on to Martin Luther College and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelors in Education and a Major in Physical Education. After graduating he married his wife, Abby Gaulke in 2007 and followed her to her call in Waukegan, IL, where he would also serve at Immanuel Lutheran School from 2009-2013. 

 

From 2013-2023 Jon worked at Walmart in a variety of capacities from stocker to manager. In March 2023 the Lord guided Jon to return to the Lord's ministry and was asked to serve at St. John's as 6th grade, 7th and 8th grade history teacher and athletic director. He and his wife have 3 children: Annalese, Mikaela, and Victoria. Jon enjoys spending time out on the water and outdoors with his family, traveling abroad, supporting his favorite Wisconsin sport teams, and DIY projects and house projects. He is eager to be returning to the ministry and to be serving the children and families of St. John's Lutheran School with the saving message of God's gift of salvation.
