Mrs. Sherri Damman serves as our 2 to 4 year old preschool teacher at St. John’s. She has taught preschool at St. John’s for the past 15 years. She graduated from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin, with a B.S. in elementary education (K-8) and a minor in psychology. She has completed numerous courses in early childhood education through Mount Mary College.

Sherri’s credentials and expertise:

• Served as kindergarten teacher at St. John’s and Mary Linsmeier Schools
• Served as director of Mary Linsmeier Schools for 22 years; duties there included overseeing the running of a day care/preschool/kindergarten for over 100 students and a
  staff of 20
• Developed St. John’s preschool curriculum in all academic areas
• Member of Early Childhood Registry of Wisconsin
• Presented in-services to other preschool teachers at Mary Linsmeier Schools

Sherri has been married to John Damman for 35 years and has two grown daughters as well as a granddaughter. She enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, scrapbooking, biking, and walking.
