As a family united in faith by the Holy Spirit, we exist to worship and praise the Triune God, to be nurtured through His Word and Sacraments, and to share His love in Christ with others.

St. John’s Mixed Choir is an adult choir for any confirmed member of our congregation who enjoys singing the praises of God. We sing for church festival services and about once per month on Sundays for different services. We meet and practice Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. in the school music room on the upper floor at school. During Advent and Lent our practice time is changed to 8:00 p.m. in the church sanctuary following the Wednesday evening service.
Any congregational member is welcome to join us. There are no fees (although we have a freewill offering for our kitty each week) and no scary tryouts. This year, by God’s grace, we have added several new members, but we can always use more voices. If you are interested, please come and give us a try, even if you are not able to come every week. Come and enjoy singing to the Lord.
“Sing to the LORD a new song, for He has done marvelous things.” (Psalm 98:1)
